World of Women joins Tezos to fight gender balance in Web3

In an effort to empower, the OG NFT World of Women project (Wow) joined the Tezos ecosystem to increase the participation and presence of women in the blockchain space.

Such collaboration goes directly against the existing gender imbalance within Web3 spaces. Current figures indicate a significant underrepresentation of women in the Web3 workforce, where they occupy only 27% of positions, of which 13% are startup founders.

WoW on Tezos will provide a space for women to come together, explore Web3 tools, and secure the essentials for their businesses to thrive on the blockchain.

The well-designed resource distribution protocol designed by Tezos paves the way for women to obtain vital funding for their initiatives; Tezos is designed to spark mentorship and inspire cooperation, paving the way for discovering new horizons.
