Influential NFT media company Nifty Media continues to expand its media arm with its latest acquisition web3
MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM, June 4, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM, JUNE 4, 2:00 p.m. BST, 2024 – Leading independent NFT news and media company Clever Media announced the expansion of its media branch through the acquisition of the popular media brand web3 NFT Insider.
This adds to Nifty Media’s portfolio of blockchain-focused entities, which includes long-standing, reputable brands such as NFT Plazas news sitesreview MagNFTweekly newsletter Clever notes and advertising service in the virtual world Residents of the metaverse.
The brand was purchased for an undisclosed amount, with current Nifty Media COO John Nichols returning to helm the site he founded in 2021. Areta acted as exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, and Nifty Media has gained ownership of NFT Insider’s website, content and social media channels, with a relaunch planned this week.
Originally covering developments in the WAX blockchain, NFT Insider expanded to cover the entire Web3 industry – both online and at major events around the world – following its takeover by the market NFT AtomicHub in September 2021. Highlights included exclusive interviews with the likes of FEWOCiOUS, Sébastien. Borget and Eddie Fear, as well as engagements with the likes of Ben Goertzel, Jeffrey Pabst and Sami Chlagou.
