Mighty Action Heroes Developer Launches Genesis GOATs NFT Collection for GOAT Gaming | PlayToEarn

Powerful action heroes Developer Mighty Bear Games has Introducing the Genesis GOATs NFT Collection for their recently launched multi-chain ecosystem, GOAT Game.

What is the purpose of this NFT collection?

Genesis GOATs will be 3333 PFPs that will represent the platform’s premium NFTs. Thus, holders will be able to obtain various rewards from the ecosystem, including an airdrop of the next $GOAT token as well as rewards and bonuses based on key milestones that arise from the success of the entire studio infrastructure, AI tools and games that are part of this play and earn platform.

This means that the Web3 company is transitioning its current NFTs and consolidating its efforts into the upcoming collection. One reason for this move is to simplify the user experience for newcomers, as Mighty Bear Games’ current NFT ecosystem has left interested buyers confused about which asset to purchase, “leading to fragmented liquidity and a two-tier system.” MightyNet’s rebranding to GOAT Gaming also makes it important to have assets branded under the new brand instead of the old one, which simplifies integration into the ecosystem and thus increases its potential for significant growth.

Transition plans

Existing Mighty Bear Games NFT holders aren’t being left in the dark; in fact, the developer is looking to reward its loyal community, and it’s been planning to do so for some time, as it’s taken multiple shots at rewarding existing Big Bear Syndicate and MightyNet Genesis Pass holders with a bonus $GOAT token airdrop. This bonus varies based on the owner’s “continued support over the years” as well as how long they’ve held the eligible NFT.

But that’s not all: if you meet certain conditions, you’ll be able to get a free claim of the next PFP. The total supply of GOAT PFP is 3333, which means that the total number of NFTs in the ecosystem has been reduced from 6337 (5000 BBS + 1337 MNGP) to 3333. While the channel hasn’t been mentioned and the price and creation date are yet to be determined, what is known is that the supply is split to accommodate those who are whitelisted for creation and those who are eligible for the free claim. Details on how to get whitelisted aren’t available yet, but one of the ways that seems known so far is through a specific Discord role purchased using points on the ecosystem’s official Discord server. Users earn points called Horns by claiming daily chests on the server, with chests containing varying amounts of Horns depending on the rarity of the chest.

If you already have a MightyNet Genesis Pass, you will be able to create 1 Genesis GOAT for free at a ratio of 1:1. So, if you have multiple MightyNet Genesis Passes, you will be able to create the same number of GOATs as the number of Passes you currently have.

Things are a little different for Big Bear Syndicate owners, however. According to the announcement, the migration for BBS owners works as follows:

  • 6 Big Bear Syndicate commons = 1 GOAT Genesis
  • 3 rare Big Bear Syndicate = 1 Genesis GOAT
  • 1 Legendary Syndicate Big Bear = 2 Genesis GOAT

If you’re unsure about the rarity of your assets, the team clarified that common NFTs have a static background, while rare NFTs have a video background that includes either Kurt’s Kingdom, Smell of Victory, or Cityscape. Legendary assets specifically have the “Thunderstruck” video background.

To prepare for this transition, a final snapshot of Big Bear Syndicate and MightyNet’s Genesis Pass holders will be taken on July 26th. On the same day, these NFTs will be locked and become Soulbound NFTs to prevent anyone from accidentally purchasing worthless assets after the final snapshot. While these NFTs will have no further utility from then on, developers will still be able to see who the OG wallets actually are, which will be extremely useful for rewarding loyal holders with retroactive rewards, which is another great reason to turn them into Soulbound assets. The final reason the developers give for their decision to lock instead of burn the NFTs is that they can allow “anyone who cares about the art and meaning of the NFT to hold onto it,” which is a nice gesture that still accomplishes the ultimate plan, which is to end the utility of the old NFTs while successfully migrating to the new ones.

What about holders who do not meet the Mint’s requirements?

If you are one of the “small” holders in the community who does not meet the mint requirements outlined, there are other options that might appeal to you. Among them is a raffle system for holders who have less than 6 common Big Bear syndicates. A common BBS gives a 16.67% chance of winning a Genesis GOAT NFT, so having up to 5 for the raffle will give you a better chance.

Participants who do not win the drawing will receive a consolation $GOAT drop at the TGE, and there will also be community nominations where users can nominate themselves or others by filling out a form linked in the announcement. This must be done before the strike, with the team reviewing nominations based on “merit, past active participation as a community member, or long-term holder of the Big Bear Syndicate.” Those selected will receive either a free strike or a guaranteed strike, though the team clarifies that “no promises can be made.”

“This plan is the result of extensive consultation with our community. We have carefully considered feedback and data, ensuring our approach is aligned with the interests and aspirations of our members. Our goal is to foster a unified and vibrant community under the GOAT Gaming brand where loyalty is valued and rewarded.

Thank you for being part of our journey. LFGOAT!!!”
