Paul, on the other hand, vehemently denied these allegations. He claims that Coffeezilla deliberately omitted information from his videos proving that Paul was “deeply committed” to CryptoZoo’s success. According to Paul, he was “deceived by several trusted advisors to the project who turned out to be scammers.”
The trial
In response, Logan Paul deposit a defamation lawsuit against Coffeezilla. The lawsuit, filed Thursday, June 27, 2024, in district court in San Antonio, Texas, claims Findeisen “committed malicious and repeated acts.” [published] “False statements accusing Paul of running a scam in connection with a troubled blockchain project called CryptoZoo.” Paul is seeking damages in excess of $75,000 plus interest and attorneys’ fees.

Why is this important?
