Scheduled for release in June 2024, Clash/Hero is a mobile auto-battle game in which players level up their heroes through combat. The game features a play-to-keep (P2K) mechanic that allows players to transform in-game items into NFTs, introducing non-crypto gamers to the exciting world of Web3.
Land mechanics
Chibi Clash Kingdoms’ land mechanics are designed to add depth and strategy to gameplay:
- Kingdom Land Levels: Plots start at level 1 and grow based on factors such as fertility, wealth, defense and prestige points.
- Action points: Players receive 6 action points every 4 hours to farm and explore the kingdom map, discover treasures and interact with oracles.
- Earn Kingdom Points: Players can earn Kingdom Points through various challenges and activities such as farming, exploration, recruitment bonuses, and ranking competitions.
- Dynamic Kingdom Map: Powered by AI, the new Kingdom Map offers dynamic landscapes for a truly immersive gaming experience.

In its initial form, the Kingdoms map forms a 50×50 grid with 2496 individual plots for sale, making it the largest coherent game map ever generated by AI to date.

Mechanics and incentives
- Revenue sharing: Sellers receive 80% (level 1-4) to 95% (level 5) of sales, while Chibi Clash Cash receives 5% (level 5) to 20% (level 1-4).
- Territorial takeovers: After minting and a cooling period, all lands will be listed for sale at double the price (0.05 ETH). Upgrading land to level 5 protects it from sniping or allows the owner to set their own price.
- Secondary sales: Lands are available for secondary sale on the Chibi Clash website or on partner marketplaces. The price of land doubles with each purchase/upgrade until level 5, where the owner can set the price.
- Land Improvements: Land improves one level with each purchase or can be upgraded by the owner, increasing its price and stats. Terrain change visual assets based on the GenAI engine, current maximum being level 5.
- Buyer/Upgrade Incentives: Buyers or upgraders receive 1,000 Kingdom Points (KP) for the Play2Airdrop campaign every time a land is created, purchased or upgraded.

- Land statistics: Plots have 45 to 55 points randomly assigned according to four statistics (Fertility, Wealth, Defense, Prestige). Each level increase adds 5 random stat points.
- Ranking: Top warlords are ranked based on the kingdoms they rule, gaining more KP and airdrop eligibility.
- Challenges: Land opens additional realm challenges for KP.
- Farm: Players can plant and harvest seeds on land to obtain rewards. The terroir evolves with the number of harvests.
- Explore: Players can discover new terrain, hidden objects, resources or challenges.
