Alien Cats Lead NFT Sales With $1.32 Million In One Day
Polygon-based Alien Cats rocketed to the top of the non-fungible token (NFT) market on Monday, with $1.32 million in sales, according to data from CryptoSlam.
The recently launched NFT sold for $30,000 each, but only had 11 unique sellers and buyers each.
The second best performing collection of the day was π, a BRC-20 NFT collection, with a total sales volume of US$1.12 million, up from US$418,754 the day before.
DMarket Collection, which specializes in virtual in-game items and NFTs on the Mythos network, ranks third in terms of daily sales.
DMarket achieved a total sales volume of US$579,888 on Monday from 25,480 transactions.
Other notable collections include NodeMonkes and DogeZuki Collection, which ranked fourth and fifth, respectively. NodeMonkes recorded a daily sales volume of $471,749 USD from 46 transactions, while DogeZuki Collection amassed $443,920 USD from an impressive 10,429 transactions.
Both collections demonstrated significant engagement from their communities, with NodeMonkes maintaining a high average price of $10,255 per NFT and the DogeZuki collection showcasing its mass-market appeal with a lower average price of $42.57.
